To Heart 2 ADPlus - Defenseless loli in Aisle 3

A loli in honour of loli1983, for reminding me that To Heart 2 ADPlus was coming out lol. I knew a new OVA was being released this spring, but it totally slipped my mind. So loli1983, this defenceless loli is dedicated to you. lol

This episode focus’s on Silfa, one of the maid robots in To Heart 2. Silfa is my favourite of the three I must say. And its not just cos she’s blonde lol. Blue hair is cool, like Ilfa-san has. Harumi is cute, but lacks the oh-so essential robot ears.

Made from 3 screens. Is one of the first shots lol. Mimics a CG from To Heart 2 Another Days, shown below lol.

Theres an alternate, more tsundere face, but this matches the above screenshots better lol.

 Don’t you love how if a characters fringe(/bangs) points more to one side, like Silfa’s, it can change sides, even if they’re face on lol. My figure of her has the parting on her right side, so does this CG, but it changes in other CG’s too. Like below, Silfa in her box. (I must have a figure of it…)

Anyways, back to the ep!

Now first off, I’ll say this, I’m always a bit disappointed by the quality of animation in the To Heart 2 OVA’s… they’re sub-par, I’d like better… same with the To Heart 2 full series. Doesn’t mean I won’t watch though lol.

Love the face on Tama-nee's brother lol. (That is right, ne? He's her bro/half bro/bro-not-by-blood? I can't remember completely...)

Harumi exudes a kinda Lum-air about her. The whole clingy ‘Dariiin dariiin!’ thing lol. I have to get round to getting the figure of her at some point… So this episode is about Silfa, and her fear of shopping. Strange thing to be afraid of, but whatever.

Of course there has to be a ‘Win Taaki!’ theme, because all the girls pretty much are vying for his attention. Kotomi’s mother, Haruka, tells Silfa that a yummy curry will win Taaki’s(Takaaki is his full proper name lol) heart. Would a really nice curry win your heart? lol

Making the curry requires Silfa to…..:dun dun dun: …shopping!! Confronting her fears and whatnot! And on her way she meets other To Heart 2 girls, as ya do.

Lucy Maria Misora. I love my GSC figure of her. The koto one does resemble her anime self more accurately though.

Is is just me, or do Tama-nee's blouse puppies look smaller than usual?

 Anyways, Harumi catches on to Silfa’s curry-plan and she wants to do the same, all the girls being in love with Taaki lol. But in the end, she does the right thing, and stops the curry-making-battle, but not before a trolly dash lol.

Maryan only appears at the end of the episode, complaining about her lack of screen time with Sasara lol.

Angry Loli anyone? lol

Who wants to see Sasara in that...tasteful little number? lol

Not Sasara obviously lol. Love her shiney-eyed death stare.

Finally, the only Chie in the ep was in the op, again…

The second she's on screen does not do her justice...

What I wanna know is… when’s she gonna get her own episode? I mean she got a route in To Heart 2 Another days… So did Silfa… Harumi… Maryan… Nanako… Ikuno and Michiru… Tama-nee and Kotomi got a route ‘together’. If you catch my drift. lol. But Maryan has enough attention as it is… Chie should get an ep soon… if not just her, Chie and Michiru in one ep. Just more than only in the op…

Chie-rant over. Am looking forward to the other OVA’s but they’re not the highest on my list of what to watch.

EDIT: Was just looking at the seiyuu’s involved in To Heart 2… came across Jun Fukuyama, Taaki’s seiyuu, checked what else he’d done… to my shock… turns out he’s Lelouch! I had no clue… actually no clue what so ever… Probably because he’s not doing the same kinda voice he was as Lulu or Leopard. He’s doing a lighter, less crazy sounding voice lol.
