Its that time of year folks! Time to get your camera’s charged and at the ready! In the last week + Extra Loot

(Goddamn…. Why the hell didnt this post on the 2nd like it was meant to…?) I was meaning to post my Supernatural loot sooner than now, but I’ll do it with my other stuff, Hoi-hoi-san, mid-build Zaku, annnnnnd the yummy Tenka Taihei.

I got the body and head done, and my fingers were feeling so raw after threading the rings onto the tubes, I thought I'd call it a day and continue tomorrow.

The level of detail on this is crazy high! Sooo much better than my MG Gelgoog from 1997. This was released 2007, going by the box, a 10 year gap… seems so long ago…. Inside his chest sits Char, AND his chair-compartment-thing(Captain Scarlet style!) moves backwards and forwards on a little switch on his back, very discreet, theres two panels on the front that move up and down too. So much detail!!!!!!!

Head on.

I love that the bits on the side of the head, body and legs are on bendy tubes, tis beyond epic. And his eye moves! I think I’ve decided this Zaku’s a he. Some go one way, some go the other lol.

Hoihoi!!!!!!!!!

HOI HOI! She was a bitch to make lol. The hair… still a bit paranoid to pose her much due to the hair might pop out lol. She’s lovely. So cute. The feet joints could be a little more secure also. But otherall, super sweet kit. And would I get another? I think so!!!!!!!!!

I was a little apprehensive about trying this, last time I tried red bean curd I didn't like it much.

I won't lie, I bought it *mainly* because it looked like Taiyaki lol.

Ofc, when its half eaten, you can’t see it as much, but you can see the indentations lol. It was SUPER yummy. Way nicer than the last red bean paste/curd I had. The thin pancake layer coating the red bean paste, with a sweet chestnut paste filling in the middle. Not so big on the chestnut, but the red bean was YUMMY. I will definately be buying more next time I’m in London.

I know you guys won’t care about hot guys, but this(Supernatural) is our fanservice lol. All the comedy and chickflick moments(that Dean says he doesnt want, but always seems to start em haha.) The scary looking pendant in the middle is Deans pendant, comes into play in the 5th season. Cas has use for it. Still haven’t read slash fics, but I’m sure I’ll get to a point where the pull of Destial will be too strong LOL. Anyways, yeah, those are the badges n stuff I got from expo, lots of photos n stuff, but I already have on my computer lol.

Addiction x TV = Lazy Mei…

The past week I’ve been uber-lax about updating my blog… and I feel soooo bad that I have. It’s mainly due to Ally McBeal, this Fish Tycoon game, the Vampire Wars, Mafia Wars and My Zoo games on Facebook, other online gamey type things, and lotsa doodling n stuff during Ally McBeal, since I’ve seen it before, its mainly background chow, half paying attention to it while I’m doing other things. I haven’t even been keeping up with the summer anime! Not even Saki and Shangri-la, my continuations from Spring… Only Haruhi 2 and Umineko no naku koro ni. And Aoi Hana kinda, but I’m one episode behind on that too…

Castle – New Fillion!!

I was gonna write this a while ago, like, after the 2nd or 3rd episode, but I got sidetracked, and lazy. So I’m doing it now!! Just after I’ve watched the 9th episode of a 10 episode series. 10 episodes!! It’s not enough… Thankfully I have Dr Horrible which I’m pretty much watching/listening to everyday lol, and 2 guys a girl and a pizza place. Will satisfy my Fillionitus. Theres not enough JDM about though… not easily available anyways… JDMSchool means a daily injection of JDM goodness.

The titles. Love it.

Must… get… back… on…track… Castle is like a combo of Diagnosis Murder, Murder She Wrote and CSI. Which for me, is BRILLIANT. Cos I love the cheesy murder mysteries they show on daytime TV, this isn’t one of them, but because its combined some of my favourite elements. And its got the bonus of having Nathan Fillion in it. Granted, I decided to watch solely because of his part. But I always love it when things turns out to be really entertaining, like Castle.

Trying to game, watch anime and regular TV all at once…

It just ain’t possible… I wish it was…. But there really isn’t enough hours in the day if I want to sleep as much as I do. So I think I *might* have to start getting up around 9am…. horrible thought… BUT it means I get to force my little brother to watch an episode of Firefly while nothing else is on hehe. He plays DS at the same time, but at least he’s soaking up the glory. He watched the Pilot episode this morning, easter morning, after our egg hunt lol. We didn’t even get all the eggs… kept finding odd eggs here and there thorought the day… Anyways… back to the subject!!

How to choose?

Uwaaah!

When one has such a vast choice of DVD’s, how do you choose what to watch? Sometimes you just know what your in the mood for, but right now, I’m not sure at all…. Am I in the mood for a comedy? Thriller? A Kevin Smith movie? Geena Davis? John Cusack? Or anime? Oh its hard to choose….. And there’s nothing on TV tonight to distract me…. Of course I could always read a book, but normally I only read in the car/train/other time when I’m not surrounded by other things I could play with… And there’s another thing, my PS2 Slimline which I forked out money for, I’ve hardly used it!! Which is pathetic considering I went and bought Disgaea 1 & 2, La Pucelle Tactics AND Phantom Brave (FINALLY!) After years of waiting for the oppurtunity to play them alot! I havent! I tend to do that with games….(apart from with Pokemon & Harvest Moon) I finally get them and then hardly play them!!! Tis why I avoid buying games too often and stick to figures, dvd’s and books.

Anyways…. that was just a little rant to fill the space of where I just can’t choose what to watch/do/play/read etc
