Punchline Limited Edition – PSVita

Front of the box. Was a bigger box than I expected too.

So I love this series. Unconditionally. Irrationally even. So much so, I went and preordered the game, which is currently only in Japanese. Not only that, it was the limited edition, with a drama CD which for the most part I won’t be able to understand XD. I considered preordering it on Amazon, but at that time they still didn’t ship games outside of Japan. So I went with Play-Asia. A site I’ve used before for things here and there. Never a game costing this much… I figured I was going to get smacked with a hefty import tax and VAT and what have you. So I prepared myself mentally. Hell. It was only shipped last week pretty much, 2 weeks tops, so I wasn’t expecting anything to arrive yet, usually Play-Asia’s shipping is pretty slow…. so you can imagine my shock and delight when it turned up this morning. No card saying ‘PAY THIS NOW’ or anything. It just appeared… it even had the full amount declared on the box, AND it was marked as Merchandise… not gift…. so I’m baffled as to why I didn’t get slapped with import tax. Not complaining. Just dazed and confused. Happily so. (More pics of the unboxing below the cut.)

So this arrived today. I am excite. I did enjoy this series greatly. It’s colour palette, it’s comedy, it’s ecchi-ness and references. Admittedly, it was probably about a 50/50 nudity split for the episode, there wasn’t as much ero as I was expecting, but they more than made up for it with the kind of ero… And as you would expect, the majority is NSFW, unless you’re really brave haha. No actual nudity though, but I bet you’d still get in trouble :grin:.

So I’ll start off with ‘woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooop’ing at the fact its Expo tomorrow!! Yes it was on today aswell, but I only like the sunday, less people, less crowds, noise, less of everything, apart from awesome. Same amount of awesome with a lesser volume of people. I’m going with my friend Katie(Purplezest), twill be her first expo lol. I was in awe at my first expo lol. I was younger though.

Next, for my new external Harddrive! I finally bought a new one, after I realised I’d pretty much filled up every available space on my two computers and my original external…. So I bought this!

What would you like to see?

Now, as I’ve been fairly busy, I’ve been lazy with both my blogs, more lazy with Girls Guide to Ecchi, so I’m asking, what would you like to read about regarding girls and ecchi stuff?

I’ll take recommendations, suggestions etc, even watching hentai, playing more eroge, reading ecchi/ero manga. Only thing I will reject outright is Bible Black. Ultimate refusal right there lol. I’m doing pretty much the same thing Snark was doing with shoujo/moe stuff, only I’m doing the opposite, with ero/ecchi stuff.

This weekend is the London Expo, and I’m hoping the american Hentai stall will be there again, like last year, cos they had Clannad and ToHeart2 Another Days!! For extortinate prices ofc, but I’m willing to pay £60 for ToHeart2 Another, even though I can’t play it… one day SOMEONE will make a translation patch… they must……….

It’s pure bad luck or idiocy that the ero game that appeared on Amazon UK was RapeLay… Just awful that that was the game that got noticed… cos its one of the extreme games, that I wouldn’t touch with a barge pole, that its got a really bad reaction…(fair enough, tis a nasty sounding game) if it was a lesser Visual Novel and not a simulator like that…it wouldn’t be nearly as bad as its gotten right now… Its caused reprocussions for the otakus of the world. Now companies like Minori are beginning to restrict access to those outside of Japan… its disappointing and sucky that something like this has happened… after the years of overly violent games on the market, finally somethings coming about that makes them stop and think about the indecent stuff on the market… Took this long…
