Now… because I’m such a sucker for Haruka-chan… I literally preordered this as soon as it went up online, BUT what I should have done was seriously consider the quality, since the other Gutto Kuru figures weren’t fantastic… but I decided to disregard it and hope for the best.

After seeing Phossil’s post, and then Super rat’s post, and then Stripey’s post, I decided to post my own, not just to see what my taste says about me, but to kill some time while Fringe downloads lol.
In no particular order, because choosing just 5 was hard enough, to put them in order too would be HELL.
Short version: These 5 were picked from a list of 10, was hard. They say I like mostly mushy girly anime(C,LC,NH) with some fanservice and comedy thrown in, and then some nostalgic(P) and life-influencing anime(G,LC). (The others on my list of possibles were Kannagi, Whisper of the Heart, Rideback, The Cat Returns, Kanon. Again with the girly lol.)
This was fun, might do top 5 actors, tv series, movies etc etc aswell. Picking favourites is fun, hard, but fun. And my taste/judgement runs from good, to bloody awful lol. One instance of bloody awful is that I’ve started watch Dawson’s Creek for one actor in it lol. Two if you account for Ackles season 6 appearance. But I’ve started from 1.

Huzzah! Theres a new Haruka on the market! Or soon to be anyways, from CM’s Corporation. Sadly its non-scale, standing at 16cm, but from the photos they’re released, she looks darling, and is selling for 4750 yen on Hobbysearch, which I find reasonable, but I don’t like HS for their extortionate shipping costs. I’d be happy with SAL, sadly its not on HLJ yet though.
This is a MUST have figure for me, even if she is a little on the small side.
She looks much more ‘Haruka’ than the previous two figures available. Hence the desperation to get her :sob:. According to HS she’s getting an early January release. I so hope theres no delay, and that preorders on HLJ open soon too. And looks like she’s castoff, going by that sillohette.

When I first read about Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu, I knew I had to watch it. It’s about a girl otaku! Something I could relate to slightly more than say… Sky Girls or Haruhi lol, not that I didn’t love those too ofc.
Today I caved and got the light from Argos, £9.97, max height 52cm, an angle poisey affair. I went and got some bulbs from the pound shop near the market, no daylight bulbs sadly, I’ll need to find one/some from somewhere… I don’t think ordering light bulbs online would be the best idea though, ne?
I got some pretty papers for backgrounds too. And a plain yellow bit, since it would look great with Chie. And it does. Right??
I got my photos back from the shop! The actual prints look awesome, but the high res look a bit grainy…. definately using 100 ISO film next time…. which might be later this week. On some of them I did a bit of photoshopping, just adjusting the colour, I don’t know how to get rid of grainyness lol. And it seems like the lower aperture(ones with out of focus background)have less grain than those with a higher aperture.
I again, had to take pics of Fumie, because I love her.
