Aldnoah Zero – More like AldNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOa Zero (Quasi-spoilers)

So I watched most of Aldnoah Zero in less than 2 days. I’d seen the first 3-4 eps before that, but I decided to catch up after seeing something spoiler-y on twitter.

The thing I like most is probably that the mecha’s in this anime look like ones from Gundam. The Martian’s mechas look like Zeon Mobile Suits, and Terran’s mechas look like Gundam Mobile Suits. In that the Martian’s mechas are all curvy and cooler looking, where as the ‘good guy’ Terran’s mechas are kinda square and angular and bit boring, imho.

Farm Life – 2 – Summer Blues

So life is good on the farm. I’m getting on well with the town folk. Giving em stuff to keep them happy, mostly just the ones I wanna be chummy with. Like the farmers kid, the florist, Doctor guy. Been doing the cooking festivals too. Even won a few. Shocked considering I’m such a newbie, and not a great cook. But maybe no one in these towns can cook… so they’ll never know…. either way. Yay.

I’ve gotten more animals too. Got a couple of cows and sheep, and 3 chickens. I’m naming all the chicken’s with C names. Cos I’m all imaginative like that 🙂 And the cows and sheep get very cow-y and sheep-y names. Because that’s just how I roll. Easier to remember though.

Getting up so early in the morning is a bit of a faff though. Still not used to early mornings… or going to bed early. I’ve found if I don’t sleep before 5am I just pass out…. it’s weird and kind of scary… maybe I have some kind of brain tumour o___o;

Otherwise all is good on the farm. Growing some crops too, not much room too sadly, but I have my animals and products to sell. The downside of this month is I missed the window to move towns to Konohana… all because of a damn storm… I left it too late…. kind of gutted… so I’ll have to wait until next month now…. boo… till next time.

Summer Season Anime – Freshly Squeezed Anime Goodness

So far I’ve tried 5 of the new Summer anime, and I have Canaan all ready and dled to watch later tonight, but GG subs always seem to lag for me, the audio is quicker than the video and subs, anyone else get this problem? Its better in VLC, but the subs arn’t pretty and the singalong subs are usually out of whack, not a fan of VLC…

Am including a trailer or opening for each of the anime I’ve tried so far, so you can see what your missing, if your not already watching stuff.

Am I the only one cheering for more?

Am experiencing a bit of computer trouble at the mo, so will be online even less than I already am for however long it takes to fix said trouble. It might just be the overheating has finally got to it… or dust in the fan… or a combination of both lol. Just thought I’d post this in the meantime, I lol’d. Am glad of some boy-based fanservice for once in a while. (Without suffering through any BL or Yaoi that is.)

Might aswell also state the problem, in case anyone who reads this can help. It started happening very infrequently, once or twice in the space of 24 hours and then not again for days even. (This all started happening when I came home… I blame my brothers bad vibes… he kills technology with them…) Then last night, it started BSODing very frequently. Not sure what set it off…, but every time I tried to dl an ep of Haruhi to show my little brother and it kept BSODing then…. but its just a blank blue screen. No text indicating the problem. And that is the main problem, cos I got no clue whats wrong. Even tried a registry scanner thing, and it decided to BSOD then too…. If you can help, and want more info, comment so and I shall provide such info. Thank you in advance.
